PostLocation accesses your device's location services to obtain GPS coordinates. However, we do NOT store this location data on our servers. Location data is sent directly to the server endpoints you configure within the App.

2.2 Configuration Data

We store your app configuration locally on your device, including:

  • Server URLs and endpoints
  • HTTP methods and headers (excluding sensitive authentication tokens)
  • Update intervals and preferences

2.3 Usage Analytics

We collect anonymous usage data to improve the App, including:

  • App crashes and error reports
  • Feature usage statistics
  • Device type and operating system version
  • General geographic region (country level)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

5. Third-Party Services

PostLocation integrates with the following third-party services:

  • Your Configured Servers: We send location data to the endpoints you specify. We are not responsible for how these third-party servers handle your data.
  • Analytics Providers: We use privacy-focused analytics to understand app usage patterns.
  • Payment Processors: For Pro and Enterprise subscriptions, payment is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

6. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

  • Control Location Access: Disable location permissions for PostLocation in your device settings
  • Delete Your Data: Remove all app data by uninstalling PostLocation
  • Opt-Out of Analytics: Disable analytics collection in app settings

7. Children's Privacy

PostLocation is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

8. International Data Transfers

While PostLocation does not store your location data, any analytics data may be processed in the United States. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of information to countries outside of your country of residence.

9. Data Retention

We retain analytics data for up to 12 months. Configuration data is stored locally on your device until you delete the app. Location data is never stored by us and is only transmitted to your configured endpoints.

10. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to:

  • Know what personal information is collected
  • Know if personal information is sold or disclosed
  • Say no to the sale of personal information
  • Access personal information
  • Request deletion of personal information

PostLocation does not sell personal information to third parties.
